Shipping Policy

Delivery Time
We deliver all orders within the United Arab Emirates in 1–4 business days. Orders are shipped via trusted third-party couriers to ensure your plants spend the least possible time waiting for their new home.

Shipping Notifications
Once your order leaves our studio, you will receive a notification via WhatsApp or email from our delivery partner, so you can track your parcel.

Delivery Instructions
You can provide delivery instructions to the courier, such as “leave in a safe place” or “leave at my door.” Please contact us in advance if there are changes to your delivery date or preferences to ensure your plant arrives safely.

Shipping Costs

• Free delivery applies automatically to eligible orders in Dubai.
• Flat AED 10 shipping applies for Cash on Delivery (COD) or Bank Deposit payments.

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel their orders within 24 hours of placement. Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method and may take 10–45 days depending on the issuing bank.

Important Notes

• Plant Studio cannot take responsibility for lost or damaged orders once delivered to your designated delivery location.
• All deliveries are carefully packed to minimize damage.
