- Water needs are fulfilled in a week. Aspidistra plants mostly live under the shade so less watering care. This plant tells a story where other plants fail, it alone survives.These plants are highly tolerant in all weather conditions.
- During the main growing season (spring - summer) feed with a balanced liquid fertilizer which is diluted, once a month.
- Average house humidity is advised but the Aspidistra plant can tolerate dry air conditions.
- Prune the leaves off the stem (as close to the ground as possible) when they are wilting. Plants can be divided (roots and stems) when you have too many stems and the plant gets bigger.
